Who is eligible to join the Rotary Club of Alabang?

At this time, we only accept male applicants. If you’re a female professional who would like to be part of Rotary, we encourage you to apply to our satellite club instead: Rotary Satellite Club of Alabang Alig (RSCAA). Membership is open to executives, business owners, senior professionals, and community leaders who demonstrate high ethical standards and a genuine commitment to civic service in the Alabang and South Metro Manila region.

What is the expected time commitment for members?

Active members typically commit 4 to 6 hours per month. This includes regular club meetings, occasional committee discussions, and participation in milestone community outreach projects that suit your schedule.

Where and how often does the club meet?

We hold regular meetings twice a month at premier venues in the Alabang commercial district. Meetings combine fellowship, club administration updates, and keynotes by distinguished guest speakers.

How are membership dues structured and what do they cover?

They primarily cover Rotary International assessments, district dues, and local club operations.

What professional and networking value does membership offer?

You gain direct access to a trusted, cross-industry network of senior decision-makers in Muntinlupa and beyond, fostering ethical professional collaborations and global Rotary fellowship opportunities.

What types of community service projects does the club lead?

We support both our own club initiatives and select projects led by other Rotary Clubs.

Some of the key causes we consistently support include:

  • Public schools in Southville 3A (San Pedro, Laguna)
  • Tuloy sa Don Bosco (Alabang)
  • Bagong Paraiso community (Bayanan, Muntinlupa City)

Are there opportunities for leadership development?

Yes. Members are encouraged to chair committees, spearhead grant-funded projects, serve on the Board of Directors, and participate in regional Rotary leadership institutes and global conventions.

Can I attend a meeting as a guest before applying?

Prospective members are welcome to attend up to two fellowship meetings as a guest of an active Rotarian or by prior arrangement with our Membership Committee to experience our club culture firsthand.
